Not enough time

Since I just got the app yesterday I have had INSUFFICIENT time to rate it. Unfortunately, every time I open the app it asks to rate the app. I understand that rating are extremely helpful but gosh the app pestering can be quite IRRITATINGLY FRUSTRATING.
